Let’s talk about the event in the house of the mouse (Disney) and, in particular, Lucas Film (@lucasfilm). Director, screenwriter, and creator Dave Filoni is a large part of the narrative universe within Star Wars; he is responsible for the animated series “The Clone Wars” and “The Bad Batch” and the TV series “The Mandalorian” and the most recent “Ahsoka”. He has been promoted to Artistic Director of Lucas Films. He will be working closely with President Kathleen Kennedy, from the initial stages to upcoming projects, confirming at the moment those that are already in the works: the second season of “Ahsoka” and a new film that will unite the so-called “Mandoverse”.
Upon hearing the news, Dave Filoni, expressed his humor in “Vanity Fair”:
“I will be of help throughout the galaxy here, as if I were part of a Jedi Council”.
We are extremely curious and confident about Filoni and his future work. We fiercely await further updates on the steps Filoni will take with this new position that Disney has entrusted upon him.
