What’s better than a torrential rain to open the dance? Wet Comicon, lucky Comicon? For us at least it was. Exceptional guests, unique exhibitors, and an atmosphere that only a Comicon can give. From June 14th to 16th 2024, pop enthusiasts and curious people went to the event in the city of Boston. There was a vendor for every dream and every budget, from golden age comics to the most futuristic gadget.

There were cosplayers and fans of Charlie Cox (Matt Murdock a.k.a. DareDevil) and Vincent D’Onofrio (Kingpin) everywhere for a photo with the actors. There were also hundreds of lightsabers and even a LifeSize R2D2 for Rosario Dawson (Ashoka), Eman Esfandi (Ezra Bridger), and Diana Lee Inisanto (Morgan Elsbeth) to autograph. Fans were treated to some sneaky sketches from the great pencils of Tim Jacobson (cover artist of Goosebumps), Jeff Brennan (Designer of Courage the Cowardly Dog) and Butch Hartman (creator and writer of The Fairly Oddparents). To top it off, there were also those who had a personalized recording made by David Hayter (English voice of Snake in Metal Gear Solid), Roger Craig Smith (Sonic the Hedgehog), and Rob Paulsen and Maurice LaMarche (respectively Pinky and Brain in Pinky and the Brain from the beloved Animaniacs)

Well, what can I say? There really is something for everyone.
